Hey y’all! Sorry for going dark for a while. Usually when people disappear for a bit it means they have so much going on they don’t have time to be in touch…but that’s not the case. I have nothing new for you…zilch, zero, nada!
So I’m sorry to report that there is not much to catch you up on…we still have our house on the market. We’ve pretty much started over…lost our buyers, lost our land. The buyers basically disappeared off the face of the earth after we accepted their offer. I’m not sure what happened, but we stopped asking our real estate age if she heard anything after a week. They were supposed to meet their agent and sign the contract, but they never showed up. Who does that? Oh well…
The land, well, that’s just a bit complicated to explain. We’ll just say that the seller had an aggressive timeline, and we had too many questions about the soil and if it was suitable to build on…so we never were able to agree on the terms of the contract. We made the decision not to make any concessions.
And so now, we feel like we’re back to square one, but it’s ok, everything happens for a reason.
