Knowing Vs. Doing

Hello everyone! Happy Sunday-Funday!

Sundays have become my favorite day of the week. It’s truly a day of rest…rest for my mind that is! With all there is to do, including but not limited to: yard work, our weekly grocery store trip, laundry, house cleaning and prepping for the week to come, there is little time to think about my “to do” list for the week to come!

But, sadly, like all good things, the calmness in my mind will come to an end. For I am a full-time devoted employee and an entrepreneur! Tomorrow (Monday, GAH!), I will begin my day planning my list of things to get done. There will be the “Have To Do” list, the “Should Do” list and the “Gosh, if I had just a little extra time I would do this” list…

We all have them, things we need, should and want to get done. It’s easy to make a list, to plan, research and to put things in writing…but the work, the true work comes when you stop planning and start doing. Impact and progress is made when you are ready to take action on the “wish I had time to do” list.

What ever you dream, what ever you wish, may you take all the energy you have this week and DO one thing to get you a little closer to that goal!

Cheers and good health,
Meredith
