The Primal Wellness Challenge; Days 20 – 26

Well!!! A very Merry Christmas to you and yours. We are spending the day after Christmas just as we’ve done over the past 22+ years…we’re doing nothing! We are so busy on Christmas Day spending time with our awesome families (which means local travel throughout the day) that we are happy and content to stay in our PJs for as long as we want today and check out all the goodies that Santa brought our way. In fact, I went from my PJs to the shower at about 4 p.m. (after eating Chinese takeout) into another pair of comfy sweats and a tank top! (yep, the fire is roaring despite our unseasonably warm weather in upstate NY)!

The holiday season this year has been welcomed me with many different emotions. From overwhelmed to accomplished. From joy to grief for a lost loved one. From thankful to content. From content to knowing that I was destined for so much more. Sigh.

Thank you all who have been following our December Challenge. Connecting with you is something that I really look forward to this month. I truly hope that in some small way, I have helped you find some balance.
