Everyone wants to be told what to do when they decide to become healthy. They want to be told what shop for, how to prepare it and when to eat it. So, in lieu of an inspirational, motivational post this week, I’m putting my resources into creating a “blue print” for those that are looking for some direction…and yes, I will include my “meatless balls” recipe! I’m not quite done yet, so, I’ll be short and (maybe or maybe-not so) sweet…stay tuned for a comprehensive plan on getting healthy!

Finally, I wanted to let you know that I will be taking Sundays off. For those of you who have been following along, I’ve always aimed to get a post out by Sunday night. Today I decided to take Sunday off (starting next week) and not pressure myself to get a post out by the end of the day. Future posts will be on Mondays (and maybe Tuesdays)!!!
